When will my order be shipped?

We do our very best to ship orders as promptly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

All of our orders are shipped using Canada Post. We offer several shipping options, but please note that not all shipping methods include tracking. Shipping fees are calculated in real time (through Canada Post) and are based on weight, size and destination.

If you're purchasing a gift and need to receive your order by a certain date, please ensure to select a shipping method that includes tracking.

When will my order arrive? Can I get a tracking number?

Below are estimated shipping times for each of the shipping methods we offer. These estimates are based on shipping to major urban areas. You'll receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. If your shipping method includes tracking, it will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. Always be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

As you surely know, during the holidays, the post office can get quite hectic. Please allow more time for deliveries during the busy holiday season.

Will I be charged duties and import taxes?

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Oh My Cat is not responsible for any potential delays due to customs.

My order was lost in the mail or it was damaged en route:

If your order has exceeded the estimated shipping time and you've ensured to enter the correct shipping address at checkout, please contact us to help you track down your order. If the shipping method for your order did not include a tracking number, we won't be able to locate the order. We'll investigate as much as we can and if it doesn't turn up, we'll provide you with a refund.

We carefully package all orders to prevent any damages, but unfortunately, accidents do happen (and sadly, we have no control over them). If your order was damaged in the mail, please snap a picture of it and contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. We can refund you for the item or discuss sending you a replacement.

I live in Toronto, can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Of course you can! We live, work and play downtown Toronto (mainly around King West/Spadina/Fort York. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a pick up time and location. We will fully refund your shipping fees once the order has been picked up.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us as soon as possible for assistance. We'll respond as quickly as possible to provide you with return instructions. 

We will refund your shipping costs for the return or exchange of items. Please contact us for instructions before returning or exchanging an item.

  • If you used a promotional discount on your purchase, that amount will be deducted from the total.
  • Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.¬†
  • Select items cannot be returned, such as intimates and beauty products.

I just placed an order but I changed my mind. Can I cancel it?

Yes, we do accept cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Note that we do our best to ship orders within a day or two of receiving them. If the order is mailed before we receive your cancellation request, we won't be able to refund you as the order will already be in the mail.

What currency are your prices listed in?

By default, our website will attempt to auto-detect your location and display the currency of your location. You can also use the currency button at the top right of our website (next to your cart) to change the currency that prices are listed in.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Do you have a storefront I can shop at in person?

We don't have a storefront (yet) but we do several markets, fleas, conferences and other events on a monthly basis. Most of our events are in Toronto, but we have started to venture out into other parts of Canada and the US. See our upcoming events on our Events page, or our Facebook page.

How many cats do you have?

We get this question ALL the time. We have one very spoiled kitty named Calia. We'd love to have more kitties, but this one is a diva and prefers to have her humans all to herself. You can get to know her better in this blog post.
